Return & Refund Policy

At National Seat Covers, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund policy before placing your order.

Standard Returns

Non-custom products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in new, unused condition.

Returned items must be clean, uninstalled, and in their original condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval.

Custom-Made Products

Many of our products, including restaurant booth seat covers, bar stool covers, golf cart seat covers, dining chair covers, and medical exam table covers, are custom-made to customer specifications.

Because these products are manufactured specifically for your order, custom-made items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless:

• The item was manufactured incorrectly
• The wrong item was shipped
• The product arrived damaged

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging (if damaged)

We will review the issue and work quickly to provide a replacement, repair, or refund when appropriate.

Color Variations

Due to differences in monitors, mobile devices, lighting conditions, and screen settings, actual vinyl colors may vary slightly from online images. Color variation alone is not considered a product defect.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
