Restaurant Booth Seat Cover
Step-by-Step Installation Guide
Before You Begin — Important!
Always test fit your new cover over the seat before removing the old cover. This ensures the sizing is correct and saves you time if any adjustments are needed.
Step 1 — Remove or Cover the Old Seat Cover

You have two options:
Option 1 — Remove the old cover
Flip the seat cushion over and locate the staples or tack strips holding the existing vinyl. Use a pair of scissors to carefully cut away the old vinyl just on the inside of the staples — there is no need to remove all staples. Then carefully pull the old cover free.
Option 2 — Install over the existing cover
Simply lay your new cover over the old one. This is a quick and easy method that works great in most cases.
Pro Tip: If going over the existing cover, cut out any damaged, torn, or sunken areas of the old foam first. This ensures a smooth, even surface and a cleaner finished look.
Step 2 — Position the New Cover

Lay the new vinyl cover face-down on a flat surface. Center your foam cushion on top of it. Pull the vinyl snugly over each side, starting with the longest edges first, then the shorter ends.
Step 3 — Secure the Cover

Use a staple gun to fasten the vinyl to the underside of the seat board, pulling firmly as you go to eliminate wrinkles. Work from the center outward on each side, and fold the corners neatly before stapling.
Step 4 — Reinstall the Seat

Flip the cushion back over and reinstall it into your booth frame. Press firmly to snap or slide it into place. Enjoy your refreshed booth!
